Serves 4.
Ingredients:
1 jar of applesauce
2 peaches, sliced
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 T powdered sugar
2-4 slices crisped and crumbled bacon
Prepare the bacon, draining and setting aside. Slice your peaches and set aside. In a bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold in the powdered sugar. Divide your applesauce into four plates or bowls. Arrange the peach slices in a star pattern. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and crumbled bacon. Garnish with freshly minced mint leaves if desired. Wowsa.
