Tonight, with Chef Gloria Smiley's guidance and expertise, you'll learn the techniques and tips for making great pasta at home, as you master the basic recipe before exploring various cuts and shapes. On the menu this evening:
• Gnocchi with Lemon and Mascarpone in Butter Thyme Sauce
• Spinach Pasta with Pecorino and Pepper
• Mushroom Lasagne
• Saffron Fettuccini with Shrimp
