Harissa on anything at Cous Cous Atlanta
In Tunisia, harissa reigns supreme. A hot chili sauce of red roasted peppers, serranos and other chilis, as well as spices and herbs, it mingles oh so well with merguez - a lamb sausage. At Cous Cous Atlanta, they housemake both, and use them in dishes like the Merguez Benedict, a delightful star shaped Tunisian interpretation of our beloved Atlanta brunch staple. Have it with a belini. Hits the spot.
