Here's what you do on Tuesday, September 3, 2013

First

Kitchenalia Shopping at Lenox Mall

Kitchenalia shopping at Lenox Mall. Kitchenalia is a word. It means "cooking equipment and other items found in a kitchen," according to the Free Online Dictionary. And, it's such a good word. Gives you a good feeling, just thinking about it. Especially if you're a foodie/cook of any kind. Anyway, if you're like us, you have a need to kitchenalia shop on frequent occassions. Maybe it's time to go check out a new carving knife, or that food processor you've had your eye on. Well, the place to start is Williams Sonoma at Lenox Mall. Just the other day, I got a knife dock. Know what that is? Check out the picture below. It's so useful! Way better than one of those wood blocks you see most knives in. Keeps all your knives safe and secure. The show starts at 10:00 AM

Second

Time for an afternoon sleep...

Health matters.

Third

Born in the USA Wines at Cooks Warehouse East Cobb

Enjoy!! The show starts at 7:00 PM

Fourth

The Zombie Apocolypse at The Vortex

So, not too long ago the Vortex took their burger menu up a notch by adding the OMFG Burger section. And, they ain't kiddin! They have: - Meat Packer Melt - sirloin patty with sliced turkey, ham, American, swiss, cheddar, griddle on swirled rye bread - Zombie Apocalypse - sirloin patty open faced on Texas toast, topped with pulled pork, pepper jack cheese, two eggs over easy, BBQ sauce, and a steak knife stabbed right through - Carnivorgasm - two sirloin patties, pulled smoked pork, bacon, sliced ham, turkey, cheddar, and whiskey pimento cheese; all covered in Vortex BBQ sauce - Hangover Helper - two sirloin patties on Texas toast, topped with grilled ham, two fried eggs, American cheese and baon, with tots AND Fries. Covered in white sausage gravy. Whoa! Seems like any of these will render you unconcious today! Prices vary from $12 to $20. Add a Sweetwater for good measure.
