How are these different cheeses produced and why do they look, feel, smell and taste different from each other? Do they differ in nutritional makeup? Jill Davis of Murray's Cheese will have the answers as she offers up an assortment of cheeses that will allow you to compare and contrast products made from cow's milk, goat's milk and sheep's milk.
